Price increase on July 1

Our prices posted back in January are based on an estimate of Vidanta's increase in the owner's usage fees. Now that we know the actual Vidanta increase, we are adjusting some of our prices accordingly, which results in some units increasing in price.

Recent web site updates

We have replaced the room comparison chart under the Accommodations page and merged it into the price list. Now you can compare all of the room features and prices in one place and either view the chart online or download it to your device for future reference.

The links to the individual floor plans have been removed and replaced with the appropriate pages in Vidanta's web site.

• Guest Inquiry Form - allows a potential Guest to submit a detailed rental inquiry.
• Guest Request Form - allows a Guest already under a rental contract to submit additional requests and optional services.
• Member Contract Info Form - allows a Member to submit detail info about their Vidanta contract.

We are in the process of adding the Kingdom of the Sun and Celebrate Park resort brands to our web site.

There are some other changes in the works, more details about that later.

Price increase for 2025

Vidanta has increased the usage fees it charges its members for 2025 by 3% to 5% over the previous year. Our prices for 2025 have increased accordingly. The web site still shows 2024 prices, but we will be posting the new prices for 2025 soon.

Price Increase

Effective 8/1/23 we are raising our prices to account for the remainder of the Vidanta price increase from 2022 to 2023, only some of which was accounted for in our price increase back on 1/1/23.
